I work for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. How do I get a MassONE account?

• Print out the Authorization for Individual Account form (available below), fill it out, have your administrator sign it, and return the completed form to the MassONE office by fax (781-338-6850) or interoffice mail.

• While you are waiting for your account to be set up, familiarize yourself with MassONE's Acceptable Use Policy and Guidelines. If you have any questions about these policies, contact MassONEHelp@doe.mass.edu.

• You will receive an email containing your MassONE username and a temporary password when your account is created.
